Balanced Nutrition LLC offers comprehensive nutrition counseling, free from judgment and bias. We take time to get to know not only how our patients eat but how food functions in their lives. Using a holistic, client-centered approach, we collaborate with our clients and their support networks to provide the most specific and specialized interventions to support. We are home to a variety of dietitians, DTR and chef, and Certified ARFID Specialists. We offer individual nutrition sessions as well as virtual cooking sessions. We accept most major insurance plans and are members of Project Heal’s HEALers Circle.
