Balancia Design Studio (BDS), formerly called Ethnic Habitable Designers (EHD, Mumbai), has a presence in Nagpur, Mumbai, and Akola. With more than 20 years in the business, we take pride to have successfully designed and executed a multitude of projects across a wide spectrum of clients and functions.

BDS is a multidisciplinary design practice encompassing but not limited to Architecture, Urban Design and Planning, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Website, and Graphic Design, and Photography.
