Dev Ahuja

Dev Ahuja has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. They started their career in 2018 as a Product Management Intern at A Billion People Digital Solutions, where they worked on developing online marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns using social media tools.

In 2019, Dev worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Net Solutions, where they automated web application features, executed unit tests, and implemented Agile development methodologies for delivering high-quality products.

In 2020, Dev became the Vice President of the UMass Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), where they successfully led a team in an ML club, consisting of officers with varying levels of experience.

In 2022, Dev joined Balbix as a Software Engineer Intern, working on various projects. They later became a Machine Learning Engineer at Balbix in 2023.

Dev also worked as an Undergraduate Course Assistant at Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences, UMass Amherst, from 2022 to 2023.

They also volunteered as a Software Developer at BUILD UMass, where they developed software solutions for local businesses and collaborated with SAS to create a user-friendly Period Tracker app for underprivileged women, incorporating push notifications and data visualization tools.

Dev Ahuja has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which was obtained from 2020 to 2023. During this time, Dev achieved a GPA of 4.0. Prior to attending the university, Dev completed high school at Vivek High School, earning a High School Diploma in Science from 2005 to 2020. In 2017, Dev participated in a Round Square Student Exchange program at Scotch Oakburn College. Additionally, Dev has obtained a certification in Microsoft Tech Resilience from Microsoft in April 2021.
