Andrew Jacobs

Andrew Jacobs is currently the Vice President of Global Quality at Balchem Corporation, where they oversee quality initiatives on a global scale. Previously, Andrew held various leadership roles at McCormick & Company, including Senior Director of Quality Operations and Quality Assurance Manager III, where they managed large teams and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Andrew contributed to the development of quality procedures and conducted extensive research and development in the spice manufacturing sector. They are also a member of the Board of Advisors at Shenandoah University, offering insights from the food manufacturing industry to enrich the leadership program. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland College Park.
