Danielle Polanco

Danielle Polanco, SHRM-CP, aPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Balchem Corporation since March 2020, following roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Executive and Human Resources Assistant, and Corporate Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Care Coordinator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from July 2019 to March 2020. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Scranton, completed in 2019.
