Lois Baker

Lois Baker is a skilled Senior Scientist with extensive experience in formulation and product development within the food and beverage industry. Currently at Balchem Corporation since June 2018, Lois specializes in creating agglomerated powdered beverages, including nutritional-focused options and spray-dried emulsified powders. Prior to this role, Lois contributed to the development of retail products at Agropur, specifically for BiProUSA, and evaluated functionality across various product categories with whey protein ingredients at Davisco Foods International, Inc. Lois holds a Master's degree in Cereal Chemistry and a BS in Nutrition Science, both from North Dakota State University.
