John Harder

John Harder's work experience includes various roles at Balco, Inc. and a role as a Project Manager at Woodsong Cabinet & Trim. At Balco, they started as a Design and Project Manager, where they designed and validated new products and managed projects. John then progressed to the role of Senior Manager of Quality and Engineering, where they oversaw new product development and led the consolidation of manufacturing sites.
