Carol Glover

Carol Glover is the Principal and Chief Creative Officer, known as the Champion of Wow, at Balcom Agency, where they have led a nationally recognized team since 2004. Prior to this role, Glover gained experience as a Senior Writer at Witherspoon and held positions as VP/Creative Director, where they created award-winning campaigns across various sectors. Their academic journey includes a B.S. in Journalism and an M.A. in English from Texas Christian University, where they also served as an Adjunct Instructor teaching Creative Communications. Glover is passionate about developing talent and harnessing the synergy between AI and HI to create compelling brand narratives.
