Gagik B. is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, business strategy, and product development. Currently serving as the Operating Manager at BALDI since January 2013, Gagik has successfully overseen product lifecycles, resulting in significant sales and traffic increases. As a co-founder of InterFood Company and the Founder & CEO of Rosco, Gagik has demonstrated expertise in establishing and growing companies through strategic planning and market expansion. Previous roles include area and regional management positions at River Island and Next, where Gagik launched businesses in various regions, leading to substantial sales growth and operational efficiency. Gagik holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Armenian State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
