Roy Pasco is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at St. Baldrick's Foundation, Roy focuses on budget monitoring and management accounting, aligning their work with the organization’s mission to fund childhood cancer research. Previously, Roy held the position of Controller at The Grossman Burn Center and Grossman Plastic Surgery for over nine years, where they gained extensive expertise in healthcare finance. Roy also served as a Controller at Fidelis Diagnostics and as Finance Manager at White & Company Insurance, further enhancing their financial acumen. Roy earned an MBA from Aspen University, solidifying a strong foundation in business management.
