Baldwin & Co. Talent Solutions was founded by sisters Jennifer Baldwin and Kimberly Johnson, who bring over 26 years of combined experience recruiting for skilled, hard-to-fill roles. We come from blue-collar roots and have held front-line positions ourselves. So we understand the workers you're trying to hire and the challenges you face filling those roles.
Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Philz Coffee, progressing from Store Leader to Area Leader overseeing multi-location operations. Kimberly, known in the industry as the "Talent Wizard", built and scaled recruiting functions at Epika Fleet Services for technician-heavy operations across multiple locations.
After years in the field, we saw how small businesses were underserved by traditional recruiting models. They faced high fees and little ongoing support. We launched Baldwin & Co. to change that.
