His practice has a focus on the mining, LNG, construction, manufacturing and health industries, where he has a particular expertise in enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal and general protection litigation, breach of contract matters, performance management, equal opportunity and discrimination, workplace investigations and occupation health & safety law.
