Brian Schultz is one of the founders of Millennial Specialty Insurance. He has previously worked for Balboa Insurance Company, Cypress Insurance Group, and QBE Insurance. His roles have been in distribution and operations with extensive experience in marketing, product development, and risk management. He has managed property portfolios nationally and catastrophe-prone portfolios in Florida and Texas. He was a principle architect of the Balboa Insurance renters program and led the QBE renters insurance program from its inception.
Brian focuses on sales, program development, accounting, and partner/carrier relationships for Millennial Specialty Insurance (MSI).
Brian makes his home in St Augustine, FL with his wife Michelle and two kids Trevor (17) and Taylor (15). He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and is recently retired from the Navy after 24 years of service.
