Liz Koster

Liz Koster is an experienced Middle School Counselor at The Baldwin School since August 2019, where responsibilities include counseling students in both middle and upper grades. Prior to this role, Liz served as a Program Manager at Resources for Human Development from March 2014 to August 2019, overseeing therapists and ensuring service quality through documentation and program evaluation. Additionally, Liz worked as a School Therapist at Mastery Charter School, Shoemaker, providing therapy to adolescents and developing treatment plans. Previous experience includes various roles at Strive: How You Lead Matters, including Head of Student Life and Director of Admissions and Finance. Liz Koster earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Haverford College.
