Josh Rykard

Josh Rykard has extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as the National Sales Manager at BALEMASTER since February 2006, where Josh has also held positions as Divisional Sales Manager and Regional Manager. Additionally, Josh was the President of the Valparaiso Vikings Quarterback Club Inc. from January 2022 to December 2023. Prior to BALEMASTER, Josh worked as a General Manager at Fastenal Company from October 2004 to February 2006 and began a career as a Sales Engineer at Vestil Manufacturing from 2001 to October 2004. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies took place from 1996 to 2000, and completed secondary education at Angola High School from 1992 to 1996.
