The Information Technology team at BALFIN Group is responsible for ensuring the security, efficiency, and innovation of the company's technology infrastructure. The Information Security Officer safeguards data integrity and privacy, while the System Administrator maintains and optimizes network and server operations. The IT Operations Manager oversees the daily operation of IT systems. On the development side, the Junior and Full-stack Developers, coordinated by the Software Development Team Leader, create and maintain software solutions that support the diverse portfolio of BALFIN Group, driving technological advancements across all sectors including real estate, retail, and energy.
