Lina Söderberg is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Balfour Beatty, leading strategic transformation projects focused on Modern Methods of Construction within the Major Projects and Highways sectors. A Chartered Civil Engineer, they have a rich history of delivering significant infrastructure projects in central London, including flood defence systems and legacy works from the London 2012 Olympics. They served as Co-Founder of SheBuilds Collective, an initiative aimed at showcasing women's achievements in engineering and fostering an inclusive environment in the industry.
