Mark Smith

Mark Smith is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in site management and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Agent at Balfour Beatty Living Places since March 2012, Mark oversees various projects including drainage, resurfacing, and surface dressing, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Prior to this role, Mark was a Site Foreman at Amey from April 2008 to March 2012, responsible for workforce management and adherence to health and safety protocols. Mark began their career as a Site Foreman at K&S Contractors from April 2000 to April 2008, where responsibilities included completing projects according to client specifications and maintaining strict schedules. Mark's foundational education was completed at King Richards School from 1986 to 1991.
