Simon Walker is a Managing Quantity Surveyor at King Construction, where they have been since 2017. With a solid foundation in quantity surveying that began at Amey in 1989, they excelled from junior to Senior Quantity Surveyor before transitioning through various roles, including a freelance position with Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions. Simon possesses extensive experience in subcontract negotiation, procurement, and contract management, demonstrating a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
