Established in 1980, we are a Social Security Disability Law Firm with over 130 years of experience between our 6 disability attorneys. We have 10 offices across Ohio - from Cleveland to Columbus, Toledo to Youngstown - though we help clients nationwide to get the disability benefits they deserve.

Our practice is focused on Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Short and Long Term Disability (LTD) claims. 

Our firm handles clients' cases at all levels of administration, including initial, reconsideration and hearings before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR). We will pursue claims to the Appeals Council and litigate cases in Federal Court. In addition to being one of the few firms who take cases to federal court in Ohio, Balin Law is also one of the very few who step in to litigate claims in federal court where other attorneys have lost.
