John Eagan

John Eagan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in taxation law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP since October 2021. Eagan's practice focuses on international and corporate transactional tax issues, as well as tax controversy matters, providing comprehensive business tax counseling and planning, particularly regarding foreign investment in the United States. Prior to this role, Eagan was a Partner at White and Williams LLP from December 2012 to September 2021, and John served as Managing Partner at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus from 2002 to 2011. Eagan holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and a BA in Pre-Law from Pennsylvania State University.
