Ballast is a fractional function, bringing CPO-level commercial leadership and a specialist execution team into businesses where something has to change.

Built for CEOs, MDs and investors navigating growth, performance pressure, change or transformation, Ballast combines the strategic thinking and the practical delivery that most SME businesses can't access together. One integrated model. One point of accountability. The capability of a well-resourced function, sized to what the business actually needs, without the overhead of building it permanently.

At times that means a standalone fractional CPO. In others, the full model, senior leadership with a specialist team executing behind it. Always commercially focused and embedded as part of the business, working towards a measurable shift before stepping back cleanly.

Ballast. The thinking and the doing. Finally, together.
