Michael Lecce is currently the Director of Player Marketing at Ballengee Group, a position they have held since 2023. Michael has extensive experience in sports marketing, having served as VP at Viral Nation Sports from 2021 to 2023 and Director of Client Marketing & Business Development at Radegen Sports Management from 2014 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they managed memorabilia for the Upstate Chapter of the NFL Alumni and worked as a statistician and team manager for Albany City Rocks in 2008. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Syracuse University in 2013.
