Michael Lauer

Michael Lauer began their work experience in 1995 with the New York Knicks, where they excelled in delivering game-time statistics and submitting scouting reports. Michael then moved on to the National Basketball Association (NBA), where they worked in various roles such as Production Assistant, Associate Producer, and Producer/Field Producer. In 2007, they started their own company, 18 Productions LLC/Inventory Defender, where they served as President/Owner and delivered excellence in the development of commercials, training videos, and other projects. In 2008, they worked as a Photographer for TourFactory. Michael joined Major League Baseball in 2019, initially as a PitchCast Supervisor and later as a Senior PitchCast Supervisor. Michael'sresponsibilities included training and scheduling operators, overseeing the StatCast 3D crew, and monitoring live baseball games. Currently, Michael Lauer is employed at BallerTV as the Sr. Manager of Event Success & Support, leading a remote team that supports Site Leads in the field and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute events.

Michael Lauer attended Marlboro High School from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Diploma. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1990 to 1994. In 1995, Michael earned a Certificate in Radio and Television Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in October 2021.
