Michael Lauer began their work experience in 1995 with the New York Knicks, where they excelled in delivering game-time statistics and submitting scouting reports. Michael then moved on to the National Basketball Association (NBA), where they worked in various roles such as Production Assistant, Associate Producer, and Producer/Field Producer. In 2007, they started their own company, 18 Productions LLC/Inventory Defender, where they served as President/Owner and delivered excellence in the development of commercials, training videos, and other projects. In 2008, they worked as a Photographer for TourFactory. Michael joined Major League Baseball in 2019, initially as a PitchCast Supervisor and later as a Senior PitchCast Supervisor. Currently, Michael Lauer is employed at BallerTV as the Sr. Manager of Event Success & Support, leading a remote team that supports Site Leads in the field and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute events.
Michael Lauer attended Marlboro High School from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Diploma. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1990 to 1994. In 1995, Michael earned a Certificate in Radio and Television Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in October 2021.
