Rob Carlson

Rob Carlson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing business systems and information infrastructure. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems at Ballinger since January 2022, Rob is responsible for software deployment, configuration, and automated operating system patching, having successfully implemented NinjaOne RMM for enhanced remote management. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of IT Director at Kitchen & Associates from February 2006 to January 2021, where responsibilities included designing and managing the entire computer network for a large multi-disciplinary design firm. Rob's earlier experience as Systems and Network Administrator at Kitchen & Associates involved administering various Unix-based file servers and compiling custom Linux kernels. Rob began the career as a System Administrator at Newton Instrument Company from 1997 to 2001.
