Temeca Simpson

Temeca Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, program development, and strategic oversight. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at Ballmer Group since April 2021, Temeca previously held the role of Director of Grantmaking at The Forbes Funds, where leadership was provided for organizational growth in human services and community development. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Research Fellow at Generation Titans, LLC, and Program Manager at Pivot Learning, where efforts focused on educational justice and innovative program designs. Temeca was also the founding program manager for IBM's Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) and contributed to the global Reading Companion grant program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Education from Pace University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
