Anna Klysik has over 18 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Service Delivery Director at Balloon One since August 2015, where previous roles included Support Manager, Senior Support Consultant, and SAP B1 Consultant. Prior to this, Anna worked at Byron & Byron Ltd for a decade as IT Manager and IT Administrator, and also held the position of IT Administrator at W.Williams and Son (Bread Street) Ltd from November 2007 to November 2009.
