Roel Olde Monnickhoff is currently the General Manager of Balluff Benelux, having previously served as an Account Manager for Balluff B.V. and maxon motor benelux. With a background in sales and a strong focus on leadership and trust-based relationships, Roel has honed skills in technology and automation through various roles since 2001. They pursued further education with a Leadership Development Program and an Executive Sales Management course at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Prior to their tenure at Balluff, Roel contributed to the success of maxon motor group and Hortec BV.
