Stefan Horcher

Stefan Horcher currently serves as the Director of Virtual Sales for the EMEA region at Balluff EMEA, where they are building a proactive international inside sales team to adapt to the evolving purchasing behaviors of Generation Z. Previously, Stefan held various roles at Balluff EMEA, including Sales Engineer and Key Account Manager, focusing on Tier 1 accounts and regional sales management. Their early career included positions as an Electrical Engineer at ELKCOM GmbH and a Sales Engineer at Murrelektronik, where they achieved significant customer acquisition and retention. Stefan also holds multiple qualifications in business coaching and technical management from Wismar University and IHK für Oberfranken.
