Steffen Kauderer is currently the Head of Balluff Academy at Balluff EMEA, where they empower growth through innovative training and educational initiatives. Following their graduation with a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2014, Steffen began a career in vocational education, gaining international teaching experience across multiple countries. After leading a training team and launching an e-learning platform, they established the Balluff Academy in July 2024 to support lifelong learning for individuals at various stages of their careers. Steffen holds a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
