Deepak Gupta

Deepak Gupta is the current CEO at Balluun. Deepak has previously served as Vice President, Customer Success, CRM Cloud at Oracle from January 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for building a strong customer management function from the ground up to ensure that early Oracle CRM SaaS customers were successful in their implementations, maximizing customer value, building strong references, and reducing renewal churn. Deepak also introduced SaaS engagement and operational processes and tools for service excellence through the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

From April 2006 to December 2012, Gupta served as Vice President, Applications IT / Applications Lab at Oracle. In this role, they transformed the CRM program at Oracle via systems standardization and business process globalization. Deepak successfully deployed the new flagship SaaS applications suite, Fusion 1.0, globally at Oracle, including social, mobile and BI.

Gupta served as Chief Operating Officer at Balluun AG from October 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and oversaw all departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.

Prior to their roles at Oracle and Balluun, Gupta served as Executive Director, IT Applications at Siebel Systems from January 2001 to March 2006. In this role, they were responsible for Siebel's global applications organization, which included development, product management, QA/QC, support, and services.
