They work collaboratively to promote active, healthy lifestyles and support restorative care, ensuring each individual can live their happiest and healthiest life in line with BallyCara's Sona® values.

The Healthcare and Safety Team at BallyCara is dedicated to ensuring the well-being, safety, and quality care of residents and clients. This team, comprising roles such as WHS Coordinator, Care Partners, Nursing Assistants, Case Managers, and Clinical Care Managers, collaborates to provide top-tier healthcare services and maintain a safe environment. They work diligently to enhance wellness, improve quality of life, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards through individualized care plans and continuous support.
