Clare Dodds

Clare Dodds is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Bally's Interactive since December 2021, Clare is responsible for shaping and delivering the People strategy across multiple regions including the UK, Europe, Asia, LATAM, and North America. Prior to this role, Clare held strategic HR positions at John Lewis & Partners, where responsibilities included partnering with the Executive Director to implement brand strategies and supporting various departments as an HR Business Partner. Additional experience encompasses HR roles at Lloyds Bank, Selfridges, Waterstone's, TUI Careers, and Bupa, demonstrating a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and policy development. Clare holds a BA Hons in History from The University of Manchester, an MA in HR Management from the University of West London, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies & IT from Alliance Manchester Business School.
