Daniela Schiena is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer service and due diligence. Currently serving as CDD Operations Manager at Bally's Interactive since February 2022, Daniela oversees the Customer Due Diligence, Fraud and Risk, and KYC teams, optimizing resources for managing customer inquiries and investigations. Prior to this role, Daniela was Head of Customer Service at Entain, where responsibilities included managing operations for Western Europe markets and collaborating on new projects.
