Lara James is an experienced professional in the gaming and analytics sector, currently serving as the Director of iGaming and Sport Insight at Bally's Interactive since February 2025. Prior to this role, Lara held the position of Head of Gaming Insight at Bally’s Corporation from October 2021 to February 2025, where leadership of a seven-member team resulted in strategic business recommendations that generated millions of pounds in additional revenue.
