Phoenix Liu

Phoenix Liu has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Assistant Editor at GZ Morning Post. In 2013, they gained experience as an Assistant Buyer at Water Stone China, followed by a role as an Assistant Designer at Cedric Jacquemyn. In 2014, they joined Balmain as an Assistant Designer, and later transitioned to Locus China as an Assistant Buyer. In 2016, Phoenix began freelancing as a Fashion Designer while also working at Balmain as a Menswear Designer. They recently advanced to the position of Senior Designer at Balmain in 2023. Overall, Phoenix Liu has gained valuable experience in fashion design, buying, and editorial roles throughout their career.

Phoenix LIU started their education at ISP-Guangdong from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a "Licence en droit" degree in "Gestion Administrative". From 2009 to 2012, they attended ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Menswear. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Post Graduate program at ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode, specializing in "Créateur Couture". Finally, from 2014 to 2016, Phoenix attended ISAL - Institut Supérieur des Arts et du Luxe, studying Designer Project Management.
