Raquel Monterde

Raquel Monterde has extensive experience in retail management, having held various leadership positions across renowned brands. Starting as a PR & Event Planner at Cain Leisure, Raquel progressed to roles such as Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch and Store Manager at Dolce & Gabbana and Massimo Dutti. At Michael Kors, Raquel excelled as Flagship Store Manager and Regional Supervisor for Spain, managing five points of sale and supporting daily operations during the company's expansion phase. Raquel also served as Europe Trainer, imparting knowledge for new openings. Following positions included Store Director at Louis Vuitton and Retail Director Europe at Balmain, while also overseeing training and CRM. Currently, Raquel is the Retail Manager for Nordics & Benelux and Central Europe at BALENCIAGA. Raquel holds an International MBA from Business Engineering School La Salle.
