Carl'searlier career includes an internship in Sales & Marketing at J.LINDEBERG, where they assisted in brand development and promotion. Carl also worked as a Project Manager in Event Marketing at Sale Nordic, managing a travel group and reporting to clients.
At the start of their career, Carl worked as a Sales Representative at Sony Electronics, responsible for key account management and sales activities.
Carl Egeberg's education history includes a Master's degree in International Marketing & Brand Management from Lund University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Berkeley College. Additionally, Carl completed a UGL - Development of Group and Leadership program at Gällöfsta Perlan in 2014. This applies no matter the price point and category, if you solely rely on the packaging design as the brand builder or have the full on branding and communication ambition. We should compete with all aspects of the product and brand, not just the price which is a short term solution to win people over. We believe that the beauty and accessories industry very much is signified by “wear and tear” and is in need of great change to become smarter and more sustainable. However, we can’t do this on our own over night, but through incremental steps we promise to, step-by-step, push all our stakeholders (resellers, producers & consumers, creatives, logistical partners) to take steps into a more sustainable behavior, including production methods, logistics, strategies, design, packaging, material and more.
