Project Management

The Project Management team at Balmoral is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects across sectors such as offshore oil and gas, renewables, oceanographic, and defence. Comprising Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. They collaborate closely with clients to provide transparent communication, manage project risks, and ensure technical challenges are effectively addressed.
