Laurence FRANSEN

Laurence Franssen is the Director and Head of Human Resources at Groupe Baloise Assurances Luxembourg S.A., a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Laurence served as HR Manager at UTOPIA SA from 1998 to 2011, where they managed various aspects of HR, including recruiting, training, and industrial relations. Laurence has also held several HR leadership positions at Baloise LU between 2014 and 2016. They earned a Maîtrise in Information and Communication studies from Université Paul Valéry (Montpellier III) and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Hertfordshire.
