Pascal Labhardt is currently the Leiter Fachstelle Geldwäscherei at Baloise and the Selbstregulierungsorganisation des Schweizerischen Versicherungsverbandes SRO-SVV, roles held since 2024 and 2025, respectively. From 2020 to 2023, Pascal worked as a Compliance Officer and Head of AML Compliance at Bank CIC in Switzerland. Prior to this, Pascal was involved with La Roche 1787 as an Organisator and Mitarbeiter im Rechtsdienst from 2010 to 2014, and held various positions at PwC Switzerland, including Assistant Consultant in Corporate Tax between 2016 and 2018. Pascal earned both a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law (MLaw) in Business Law from Universität Basel, completing the latter in 2021.
