Previously, Len held roles at Argenta as an Innovation Analyst, where they focused on sustainability trends in banking and insurance, and contributed to developing strategic initiatives in innovation. Len's early experience includes an internship at Vascobelo, where they successfully attracted investments and developed a business plan. They hold a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Applied Economic Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Antwerp, where they graduated Cum Laude.
