All training programs and services reflect the fundamental training concepts of learning science and values of Baltas. The programs and application materials are developed at Baltas’ R&D department. 

Our training results are measured in five levels: the efficiency of the program results are tracked with a measuring process, conducted at a minimum of 3 levels (first impression, knowledge, skills and behavior), and, when practicable with regard to the data of the organisation receiving training, at 5 levels ( e.g. business results, return on investment). 

Our specially designed Assessment Centre tools can be used in all levels of staff recruitment and development including manager development process as a tool to evaluate candidates' personality traits and abilities. Our scientific approach ensures a higher level of organisational efficiency and impact.
