Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at BaltCap since August 2024 and a Member of the Management Board at FinanceEstonia since June 2021, Ege has held various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AS Metrosert and Chairman of the Management Board at Krediidiregister. Ege's previous experience includes significant positions at Creditinfo Eesti AS, Nordea, and contributions to several financial organizations in Estonia. Ege holds an MBA in economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tartu.
