Martin Kõdar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at BaltCap since January 2000, Martin also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at both Qvalitas Arstikeskus AS and Unimed, and is a Member of the Board at the Responsible Business Forum in Estonia since February 2013. Previous roles include serving on the Supervisory Board of TREV-2 Grupp and Magnetic MRO AS until 2018. Martin Kõdar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and has participated in educational programs at the EVCA Academy and Swedish Institute.
