Currently, Tomas is working as a Business Strategy Analyst at Baltic Amadeus. In this role, they are involved in the development of IT services, solutions, and products. Their responsibilities include market and customer research, ideation and conceptualization, business case preparation, targeting and positioning, content marketing, and pre-sales tasks such as analyzing customer needs and preparing proposals.

Tomas M. obtained a Bachelor of Art Management degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Lietuvos Muzikos ir Teatro Akademija, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have earned certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in August 2022 and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner in September 2020.
