Baltic Group was founded in 1993, and in 2002 became a
Russian-German company, as the minority of our shares was
acquired by our German partner - Ter Hell & Co.GmbH, trading
house supplying chemical raw materials and food ingredients.
- In 2017 Baltic Group -Chemicals division was transformed into a
separate company Baltic Green.
- Baltic Green is a part of the holding and operates as a part of the
structure. Purchases are conducted through the Baltic Group.

Baltic Green is focused not on bulk, but ontechnological products, and have all the means to give technical support to the customers.
- Baltic Green is working as distributor and logistic partner for producers from all over the world.
- We are open for any new offers from foreign partners.
