Jake Sharp has extensive experience in marine operations and management, spanning over 17 years. Starting as a deckhand in various fishing roles, including positions at Sea Field Trawlers and Emilia Jayne Ltd, Sharp progressed to marine supervision and management roles at companies like SMC and DONG Energy, where responsibilities included coordinating offshore planning and logistics for windfarm operations. Sharp has served as an Offshore Operations Manager with Ørsted and as an Offshore Methods Lead at Saipem, demonstrating a strong background in vessel and helicopter operations, personnel transfer, and documentation management. Currently, Jake Sharp is engaged with Baltic Power as Site Manager and Deputy Construction Package Manager, showcasing a progressive career in the offshore wind industry.
