Prior to this role, Jack Webb was the owner of John T Webb Inc from July 1999 to November 2008 and managed James E Webb Inc from April 1984 to June 1999. Jack Webb holds an Associate Degree in Landscape Management from the University of Maryland, which was earned between 1986 and 1999.

Since the St. Louis Browns moved to Baltimore in 1954, the Orioles have become a staple in downtown Baltimore.
