Viktorija Ancė

Viktorija Ancė is currently the Head of the Marketing Department at Baltneta, where they lead a team to analyze market needs and implement effective marketing strategies. With almost a decade of experience in the IT services industry, they previously held roles as a Product Manager and Account Manager at Baltneta, focusing on product development and sales. Viktorija coordinated training at DOOR Training & Consulting from 2013 to 2014. They are pursuing ongoing education at ISM University of Management and Economics and Vilnius University.
